    Bulb gone or faulty lamp

Thanks for the replies thought the bulbs looked expensive but found out there £2 a piece so will try changing bulbs and go from there.Just a simple light so we can see the Chocolate Lab in the garden at night doing his business, so not worth upgrading if a cheap bulb will fix

Hi Just gone to change outside lamp to be found with this. Neither bulb is working should they work independent of each other so does it suggest a faulty lamp. Just wondering if one lamp went first and we didn't notice Just don't want to waste money on new bulbs which could be put to new lamp...

Outside house lights without wires showing

Seems to be the in thing at the moment of lights lighting up peoples houses.Just curious what it entails to have lights fitted without wiring all around the outside of the house showing.Does the wiring get drilled through to the inside of the house thus causing lots of internal decorating etc.

Short cycling on start up for the first 30 minutes...

Still fiddling probably because of bad weather and can't get out of house. But my original problem was noise on setting 3 on the pump like rushing water I decided to open all the lock shields to full on both sides of radiator to see if that stopped the rushing noise. I don't have any TRV's...

Short cycling on start up for the first 30 minutes...

Thanks Just wondered why it clears it's self after a while, wouldn't a circulation fault be constant with radiators not getting there heat? It could have been doing this for years our timer is set to to be on 30mins before we get in the house, just keeping an eye on it at the moment due...

Short cycling on start up for the first 30 minutes...

Was trying to stop the boiler being noisy and found that pump on setting 3 was making the noise so changed it to 2 which cured the noise. But now since I've done that noticed when the boiler starts up from cold it shorts cycles for the first 30mins or so 10seconds on 10 seconds off but after...

Pump speed change now central heating cutting out.

Well left the heating on timer and when woke up this morning the heating was on and back to normal keeps firing up without cutting out but without the noise. So will leave on 2 and see how I go, even quieter on speed setting 1 but don't want to push it.

Sorry its a Glowworm express 100 combi the system was working fine no drop in pressure got told that it might have an air lock by the pump that's what might be making the noise so when i got to the pump curiosity made me switch it down to 2, that made the noise go away But now like i said...
