What is making this noise in our radiator?

Can anyone tell me what is making the noise in our radiator please? It’s a large, downstairs radiator which has been bled. It’s been happening since we had a new boiler installed. It happens to a much lesser extent on a couple of other radiators. Immediately before this recording, the noise...

New boiler causing strange noises in the radiators

So they came on Friday and fixed a problem with one radiator not working and turned down the pump but the noises remain. I’m linking a couple of videos below and would really appreciate your assessment as to the cause and cure of both. To recap, we have Tado on most of our radiators and a new...

New boiler causing strange noises in the radiators

Previous boiler was a Vitodens 100 35kw. It was fitted when we had a warm air heating system. We had radiators fitted 6yrs ago and it was ok to start with but struggled recently and hot water had problems too. It was 13yo. Hence a slightly bigger boiler. I don’t know about powerflushed… they...

New boiler causing strange noises in the radiators

We've just had an Ideal Vogue 40Kw boiler installed at our home with around 16 radiators/towel rails. Since installation, it's been causing odd noises in the radiators. I have videos showing the loud cracking, high-pitched squealing and continuous rumble (it sounds like background noise, but...

Disconnecting bathroom mirror - mirror won’t budge

Our wall mounted bathroom mirror needs disconnecting…it buzzes away all day but we don’t use the electric features of it. I planned to disconnect the plug going into the back of it. We’ve come to take it off the screws it’s mounted on but it won’t budge…there’s literally no movement. My OH got...

Honeywell Accenta ade gen4 alarm ringing while not set

Hi everyone, its 5:40am and we’ve been woken by our alarm it’s wasn’t set and wasn’t making the usual noise, more a wailing (?) noise and there’s no error on the display. Entering the code made no difference. The siren box is flashing red (two lights alternating) but we’re not sure if that’s...

    Shower dripping

The valve actually has a hard stop so tightening isn’t possible. The valve is more like half a turn from off to full on but your explanation makes sense about the slow build up. How easy is it to replace the valve? I’m up for a bit of DIY but only if it’s quite straight forward. I have...

Each has a built in sensor but they're wired to run from one (so one sensor is disconnected). They worked fine for about 2years and then started doing this. I'm not sure if the bulbs came with it or not - they were supplied by the electrician who worked on our extension.
