So I can't use the red and earth from the twin, black and earth from the single and tape off the black from the twin? Putting new cables in is not possible as the kitchen has just had new doors, worktops etc and been decorated.

I have a Wylex fuse box with wired fuses. Sometimes when a bulb blows the 5A fuse blows as well. No problem for me to rewire it but I would like to swap the wired fuse for an mcb if possible to make it easier for my family if I'm not around. Any advice gratefully received. Thanks a lot.
