HI i supposed you have brought the car now, but dont be shy, tell the seller your buy the car if he gets the wheels balanced or swap the front wheels with the rear to see if that cures the problem. pj

Sorted out the problem removed the throttle control assembly cleaned body assembly and butterfly control removed steppermotor cover to ensure not seized refit turn on ignition wait a few minutes to hear steppermotor reset itself idle is now fixed no stalling

Fixed my sisters punto linkage 2 years ago with some cable ties still going strong just rap them over the linkage into a loop and tighten them together.
