Basically you have 2 units,, the back boiler does the hot water and heating and the fire is just for that room :wink:

I think Ill be putting the Electromax forward for the project but I need to know the actual full height with the EXP Vessel and the width as Im sure they will have to adapt the door for the cupboard it will be going in ..

On a lot of 1 pipe systems they put a isolation valve in the bit of pipe between the valves so you can shut then off a bit + you should have swept tees to the rads ... granted it aint ideal but it does work to a degree :wink:

I always pack the inside with rockwall and then cement and the outside rubber collar i put a good bead of silicone ... granted pebble dash is a bugger but Ive never had a call back for a leaky flue !! Getcha point tho my welsh friend :wink:
