08 toyota strange noice during startup

I've got this strange noice when I start my car. It only happens when the warm engine is shut off for more than 30 mins. But if does not happen during morning start. Thx.

To me, it sounds like the starter motor drive gear isn't returning to idle as quick as it might, possibly due to clutch dust build up on the gear and the shaft it slides along. The clicking is the starter gear disengaging from the flywheel ring gear.
A good clean and gentle lube should help things here, but why it only happens when things are warm I've no idea!

Well it knows its morning time?

Engine stops in two places, so one of them might be damaged on the ring-gear that the starter engages with.
If you move the engine (top gear rock car forward) then try for a start, see if the noise disappears.
