have 1 Rad cold in our bathroom but the pipe below it is hot

i did bang it as i thought the trv valve pin had got stuck and took the trv off (it has E.C.A on it, i think this is the make?)

I unscrewed the TRV and there is just a sticking out pin that wont move - i checked with a working Rad and this has the same so im sure thats meant to be ok..

Is this to do with the other end of the Rad that has a white vertical cap and the rubber top/stopper with +/- on it?

This is turned up to full + and the Rad started to get warm slightly at the top only?!!? i have tried to belld it but no air comes out just clear water so didnt think it wanted bleeding?

the pin on the trv should go in and out. try tapping the pin with the side of a pair of plyers and if confident very carefully pull it. it may pop out  but just put it back. do this with heating on.
its suprising how many will be stuck but still working.

ok thankyou for this

Will try it but the working radiator also had a stuck pin? should that be loosened too?

If the 'working' radiator is stuck, then the TRV was probably set to a high setting, therefore it has stuck open, so will work. Will not be a problem, only that you wont be able to control it with the TRV, so loosen the pin if possible.
