2 Boilers??

HI,

Anyone any Ideas on running 2 boilers from 1 gas meter, Original boiler is 50,000btu conventional wall hung boiler with y plan, gas run of 4m, only other appliance is a gas fire.
new boiler that is going into an extension (granny flat) will be a baxi 100 HE combi running 5 Rads, with thermo shower, gas run from meter is approx 6m, There is 20Mb at the gas meter.
