2116 clio bluetooth probs

had the above car for 2 weeks. When playing my tunes through bluetooth it keeps dropping out every few seconds. Phone is paired ok and bluetooth works ok with other devices. Its ok when its plugged in via a cable. Is there a bluetooth receiver or does it work via the aerial ? Will take it up with garage when i get time if i can't sort it. Cheers.

Are you saying your phone works OK with other devices or other phones work OK with your car ? Need to know before you talk to the garage.

My phones ok with other devices, son's and wifes phone also don't work in the clio so its deffo the car and not the phones.
