3 core and earth colour coding

Hi

I'm replacing the wiring to my attic light switch with 3 core and earth so that I can use a neon switch; which of course requires a neutral. Obviously this isn't the conventional use of this cable, and I wanted to check the coding for the neutral wire. From the information I can find, grey seems appropriate for neutral - can someone confirm?

Grey sleeved blue can be used as neutral.
Sleeve the black wire brown when using it for a live.
