Hi all

I need to cap off a rain water pipe that comes out the floor in my garage (no longer in use). I can cut it low down and cap it off but I can't seem to find an end cap fitting online.

Is there such a thing? Any suggestions appreciated?

I suppose the diameter would suffice. Although I did envisage a purpose made product as I am building a wooden floor above the redundant rain water pipe.

There is a rubber bung they use for sink waste and you can get a cap for that.

You've lost me.

I was hoping someone would be able to provide a website link for a suitable part

I am not surprised you did not get it now I have read it myself  What I meant was you can get a reducer from rainwater 68mm down to waste 40mm and then you can have an inspection cap/plug, I don't now of anything specific.
