ADE optima compact problem

I have had my ADE optima compact alarm switched of for about a year,I now need to turn it back on, do I just turn the power back on or will I have to change the battery. Any help please

If you didn't disconnect the battery when you turned it off, you run the risk of burning the panel out. So fit a new one 2.1 ah
