I have tilt and turn units in my living room and am having a problem with them. The back edge (with the hinges on) doesn't seal against the frame so you get a slight breeze and noise coming through.

The unit is against the frame on the front and top and bottoms and around the top hinge. The bottom hinge looks fine but does move in slightly when you push the window in.

The worst spot is halfway down the back edge where you can push it in a couple of mm and stop the breeze and sound transfer. There is a roller adjustment at this spot but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

What can I do to pull the unit fully closed?
