Advice on what to do about loft

Hi All.

I would like to know what I can do to my loft space, I dont think its possible to make it a habitable room as there isnt enough space for a stairwell etc.

Anyway, I want to use it simply for storage and possibly having a skylight there as well.

The picture was taken in the dark, apologies for the quality, this will be the view if you stand by the upstairs landing.
