Alarm Problem - Networker model TS590

Hello again,

Following the storm this week I have endured a 40 hour power failure (no electric to the entire house).

Now that the power is back on I'm getting the following error on the alarm panel:

Rem Removed 01 Call Engineer to Reset System

Remote reset 8*** (not sure if I should publish the rest of that code or not).

My problem is I've no idea who installed it or who I should call. Is it something I could do myself please?

Is asking for a code reset so it probably had monitoring on it at some time or it's defaulted back to factory settings. I would phone around and get a local company who can deal with a men ire panel.
