ALPHA OCEAN 240 RED LIGHT

After a period of time the red light on my alpha appears, and the boiler has to be re ignited manually. I have cleared the flu and replaced the fan and relay switch, but still a problem. The ignition pcb has been replaced, but still a problem. Does anyone have any ideas!
