Have a look near the boiler or maybe near the hot water cylinder if you have one?
Jumper settings should have been set correctly on installation so there should be no need to change them unless you are getting interference from a neighbouring property. If you are having problems then the first thing to do is change the batteries in the thermostat.
If you do find the reciever then you should get a green light on it ( i think!) when the thermostat is calling for heating
My transmitter was not talking to my receiver so I turned the switch in my receiver box and when i turned it back on the red light hasn't come on...any ideas?
