Altech BT 300i Thermo dynamic air source boiler

We have fitted an ALTECH air source heat pump boiler a couple of years back, but it has developed a problem and wont heat water up beyond 47 degrees c. The plumber who installed it has no idea how to fix it. (Must add at this point we live in France) so French plumber, language no problem.

I want to contact ALTECH directly to get a list of qualified technicians to come and take a look, but have searched high and low on the intenet for a contact phone or email of ALTECH head office or after service sales in Europe.

Please can anyone help.
