Hi i'm after some advice on how i can restore or salvage my amtico flooring in the kitchen.

We had a white plastic mat on the floor in which we placed our puppys water and food bowls.

It looks as tho the water has spilled and gone underneath the mat and has marked the floor

Any advice on how i should tackle it?

Go to your local amtico specialist, they should have the recommended cleaners that you need for stripping and re-sealing the surface that is part of the maintenance regime that you need to use to keep the floor in tip-top condition. These products may get those marks out. Were you advised of the cleaning/maintenance products when you bought the floor? some retailers will include the products when they supply the floor.

Failing that, if you have some tiles left over you could replace this section.

Hi thanks for the reply it's a little better now the lights been on it.

We don't have any spare tiles as the floor was down before we moved in.

It'll be interesting to see what pets at home come back with as we've filled in a complaints form ironically the placemat we bought to keep the floor tidy has ruined it

Surely the issue is that water has been spilt and not cleaned up, unless the bowls have been leaking? How is this Pet's at Home's fault?
