Anti mould paint additive

I have a damp issue in my master bedroom with mould on the wood surrounding my windows. I used a spray on mould remover to get rid of what was on the surface however it seems to be ingrained in the wood. I was planning on sanding it down and painting it again with an anti mould additive in the paint.
There seems to be loads to choose from on ebay, can anyone on here give me some guidance or recommend a particular type for me?

This is referring to mould on walls, but I don't see why you couldn't apply the same process to wood, finishing off with the Perma-White semi-gloss:

I haven't used Zinsser B-I-N myself but all of their products seem to be very highly regarded and it specifically says that it can be used on wood:
