Hi
my toilet has started overflowing for about 10secs after flushing, it then stops. I have an arkadia inlet valve (i think) not a ball float or syphon.
I removed the cover and top arm and checked the rubber seal that covers a small hole on the top, this was worn. I flipped this over to the unworn side thinking this would seal the hole and stop the leak, but it did not.
It carrys on overflowing even when i pull firmly on the lever/float myself simulating a full tank.
Is there another washer/seal inside that would be causing this and is it easy to fix myself. Is it worth getting a whole new inlet valve?
Any help greatly recieved. Thanks
