Hi Guys, I have been reading some topics here. I have a similar problem here i.e no hot water.

others have been fixed by adding more water pressure in the boiler. I added mine presure to show it as 1.5 when hot tap is open and it shows 2 when all tabs closed.

so presumbly it should work. but still no hot water.

I only swiched on the boliler and leave the radiator button switched off.

when i open the hot tab i can hear some sound coming from the boiler but no ignition and no hot water.

the light under the Reset buttopn turns to orange after 10 seconds after opend the hot tab. what does this mean?

can someone help on this? thanks a million.

also another thing i noticed. I can see 2 little while valve the left one is vertical and the right one is horizental.

is this correct? I am wondering if my flat mate toouched it some how. but it should be the case so i just mentioned it here to see if thisis the reason.

It is registering the demand but going to lockout.

That implies a gas/combustion related problem, possibly a failed gas valve.

That will need a gas registered engineer to diagnose and fix.

The only thing you can do is to ensure you have a gas supply, perhaps a working hob ?

Thx dude.I spoke to someone they said it might because the rain last night.and too much water in the boiler does anyone know how toleak the excess out?

wow wow wow....

When you run the hot tap does the fan run as if its trying to light or does it just do nothing?

The noise you hear could be the pump and its important to know whether the fan is running or not.

If you can drop the lower panel look at the back right of the boiler just to the left of the pump..... run the hot tap and you should see a red LED illuminate, if it does, that proves the boiler has detected the HW flow..... if not then thats your problem...

I've had plenty of these and its just the pump proving switch/diaphragm on the left hand side not sensing pump flow.

If fan runs, then start thinking something on ignition side. air pressure, gas valve etc

Is there really one on this model?

Sounds more like a Biasi M90/96 or an Ideal Mini equivalent!

If memory serves there are two versions of this boiler, the latter having the LED, know this as only last week I changed the pump head on one.

Hi Guys, problem i've got is pump runs, no fan, no ignition. When selecting either ch or hw, red light on constantly any ideas....

KC, as we told you on your own thread, you need a gas reg engineer!

Asking on someone else's thread is not going to change that!
