pump running, red fault light constantly on - not firing up?

Switch power off to boiler for a few seconds then on again and try.
Then press rested button for a few seconds and try.
If no luck then phone a boiler man.

Tried that, didn't work, tested fan with multi-meter - no power. Is it possibility that pcb has failed?

Better try phoning a boiler man then.
All sorts of things may have gone wrong.

DIYers should not be opening the combustion chamber!

The boiler man should know!
