audio cd to mp3

I have some audio cd's and i want to convert them to mp3 for my personal mp3 player.

Can i legally do this and what is the best way. Regards

Or windows media player. AFAIK you can legally have your music on any formats you like as long as you own it in some legal form. Ie an original cd.

Yes, it's been legal to make copies of your own CD's for your own use since the beginning of the year. Audiograbber is a useful free ripper.
