Hi folks, having some issues with an Avanti system like this one: http://www.mdtltd.free-online.co.uk/products/avanti/default.htm
Unfortunately we don't have the engineer code for this, as the alarm came with the house - so I'm trying to avoid having to get an engineer out.
Have looked around online and in the various manuals and can't find anything about the tamper light being solid on.
I'm also slightly afraid to take the panel apart - anyone got any experience with this model and whether it's sensible to do so?!
