No need to be HEATAS the boiler may be fitted on a Manufacturers MCS or the whole job be notified to LABC and fees paid
I agree that IDEALLY the installer would be registered with HEATAS but unlike GSR it is not a legal requirement! (As far as I know)

I know it is frustrating that a company not registered for biomass can get away with fitting a biomass boiler. what is the point of being registered with hetas if there is no need
