bad builders?

now most builders have a bad rep-my next door neighbors have had a new concrete drive laid today but the weather has changed-they have covered the drive and have heaters going but he is still here at 2.30 am and is staying all night-so they are not all bad

Nah- he just started late ...and the heaters are plugged into the customer`s house to keep the workers warm

is it a steam generator? they are really good for concrete in frosty weather as they keep it moist as well as warm

drying fresh concrete with dry heat or sunshine weakens it, especially the top surface
