We are looking for a balanced flue, wall mounted gas fire, one of the portrait style wall hanging ones, so we can loose our hearth & fire surround.

One of the best available would be Studio balanced flue fire from Gazco, we have one in our showrooms and it always impresses our customers with both the heat output and clean cut looks. There are a lot of choices in sizes and finishes and these can be seen on the web site. I would strongly advise getting advise from a specialist ,regarding choice of product and espically instillation: this is not a DIY product.
