Base coat depth & mesh (Mono)

Thoughts on this from someone experienced with Monocouche renders please?

OK, to hang top coat mono straight onto this? Base being done like this over whole job - mesh loose in some places as shown, no scratching?

Will top coat just bond through and be fine?
