when running the hot tap on the bath it starts of fast then slows down to a trickle

could be a foriegn body in the pipe or a problem with the tap.

turn off the hot water a dismantle the tap to investigate.

Have you got a copper hot water cylinder ?

no its a combi boiler.

Sounds normal for a combi supplied hot tap, sorry.
Do not open your hot tap fully

all the other hot taps in house are ok just bath hot only started to do it this week .it was installed in december brand new

Brumylad has told you.

Check the tap, flexi hose is not kinked, or is there a poor supply to tap.

You could swop the tap with the cold which will tell you if it is a supply prob or tap prob.

or look bits of debris or dead stuff which have worked their way through to the fitting.
