Hi all

I went to quote on a job tonight in a 2 bed flat where the bathroom and toilet are required to be knocked into one. The problem is, is that the lounge and kitchen are open plan and a door leads off this room into a small lobby where there is a door to the toilet and one to the bathroom. If this lobby was to be merged with the toilet and the bathroom, it would create a nice size room. However, this would mean that there was only one door between the kitchen/lounge and the new bathroom/WC. (I hope you follow!). Is this allowed, or do I need to keep the lobby?

Thanks

Brian

It used to be a 2nd door but now and this is off my head is that you need to provide a hand basin instead.
