Bathroom Floor

Hi
I'm ready to put down ply on my floorboards and then tiles. I understand that I should use 15mm but have only found 12mm & 18mm. Also would I have to prepare it with anything and some of my floorboards have a slight curl through age I guess would the ply sort this out ?

Have a read of the tiling sticky Bill. And yes the "curl" will be covered by the ply.
