Just getting some parts together to get my bathroom done and was looking to see if I could save a few pennies on some of the accessories as the standard manufacturer bathroom waste that comes with the bath I want costs more than the bath (Twyford waste is £100)!

I know there is always an element of you get what you pay, but at the same time slapping a brand on something can multiply the price for no apparent reason.

So is there much of a difference between the typical CME/Roper Rhodes type popup wastes at £25 and the stuff at £50/£100 or are they much of a muchness and it's all branding?
