Hi my waste pipe from my bath is about 3m long.

It runs from the bath trap to a t peace then up hill a little bit to a bend and then to the soil pipe.

The sink waste also goes into it just before it enters the soil pipe.
There is t just after the trap with a small aav on it. Is this needed as the soil pipe has an aav in the loft space.

I would like to run it so it all runs down hill and wondered if i could remove the aav under the bath.

Thanks

Hi

The waste should fall its entire length.
Stop the AV from working and see what changes. Don't remove until you are sure it is not needed. May be used to stop the trap syphoning.
Pictures would help.
