Hiya Fellas
I apologies if this has been answered b4 but I could find the problem when I looked through the threads.
Basically I have a Baxi 105e installed in my garage (18 months ago) supplying HW + CH into the house. Its just started to turn a bit colder up in sunny Blackpool this last month and when i turn on the HW or CH it stays cold on investigation in the garage the flame failure led is flashing. It usually resets after 1 or 2 goes and everything is ok (this occured a few times last year in the colder months but due to a serious illness in the family we just kept resetting it). If the system is used often there is no problem but again first thing in the morning when the CH should come on its flame failure led flashing. Has anyone come across this problem b4?
Many thanks in advance for any info!!
Glen

most probably the low setting on the gas valve but you will have to get a corgi registered engineer in to address this as you need not only specialist tools but knowledge a well to rectify

One of the regulars is a Donkey worrier, perhaps you should pay him to fix it, payback for some of the time he freely puts into the forum?

Have you checked the system pressure is above minimum, usually half a bar cold?
