baxi 80e - no hot water when c/h on?

ive searched through past threads and found similar but cant find this specific problem.

when the central heating is on, the hot water through the taps are running hot and cold. this has been happening for over a week now and is proving to be very frustrating as we only generally need hot water when the c/h is on.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

main prob with that boiler is the domestic diaphagram ,you can see if it is making the domestic micro switch
