Baxi solo 2 over run question/problem

Pump won't stop....so checked board, replaced pump over run relay and then got a refurbished board thinking it was one of the IC's....still keeps running.

If I assume the PCB must be good as it's a checked refurb board, will a duff overheat thermostat cause the pump to keep running? The over heat thermostat seems connect to the pump over run relay.

I hope someone else has had this problem...meanwhile I now have two PCB's and a new gas valve if anyone wants one.
