Hi I have a Problem with my boiler any help would be greatley appreciated.
When I switch her on from cold every thing starts and runs as should but will not light i can here the ignition ticking.
If i then go outside and cover the flu it lights more or less straight away then all is fine.
I only get this problem when its cold it is fine when hot.
The plumber has been and put a new gas valve in but its not really a lot better for it.
I think it must be getting to much air but just trying to conferm this.
Does anyone no of a common fix for this boiler with this problem. to save me getting yet a another enginerer to it.
