fault (not used)
fault (not used)
tamp (0v)
tamp (tamp back to panel)
0v (ov)
12+ (12v)
eng (not used)
rtest (not used)
str (- strobe trigger)
hoff (- Bell trigger)
bt- (Battery -)
bt+ (Battery +)

On bell box a wire link between tamp and ov is required
12v+ from panel to bell
Ov from panel to bell with link to one of tamper terminal on bell
Stb on bell to strobe - on panel
Hoff on bell to trigger - on panel
Other tamp terminal on bell to tamper return
Battery + and - are for the bell box Sab battery

Post picture of bell box terminal connection if you still have a problem
and hit thanks if all ok

Thanks for that wasn't to sure about the tamper I will try it Tomoz I've tried the on board batt but no sound or strobe just the little green lights flash ??

Is the bell box fitted to the outside wall ?
Or are you just testing the bell box before you fit it ?
You could test the unit before you fit it

If you get a 12 volt battery you can test the bell box as follows
CAUTION WEAR EAR PROTECTION
+12volt from battery to +12volt on bell box
Ov from battery to 0v bell box
Another wire from 0v battery and connect to Stb on bell box
That will flash the strobe on the bell box
If ok you can then test sounder with same wire but this time just touch the wire onto the hoff/bell trigger terminal of the bell box.sounder should sound but watch your ears as you could damage your hearing without using ear protection
The tamper circuit will need to be tested then.
You either fit bell box on wall or use fly lead to panel to test.

Cheers for that got it going do you know we're the jumpers go

At the moment there is one on five min
One on 10 min
Strobe trig
Strobe + hold off
Ring trig
Scb

Jumpers on 5 min and 10 mins will give you 15 bell cut off timer
Take jumper off 5 mins will give you 10 mins bell cut off
Jumper whats to be on sab for your control panel
Strobe jumper on - trig
Bell ring trig on - jumper

Update tamper is showing on panel for bell and strobe on jumper was on trig but would not stop flashing sorted that by putting jumper on trig and one on hold off - this seems to work but don't know bout tamper

Are you still testing ?
Is the bell box fitted to the wall?
Is the cover on the bell box?

Ye sorry bell box on wall did the wiring as said but when power panel back up it stated bell tamper so looped it in panel tested bell siren ok but strobe wouldn't stop so changed the jumpers all working apart from tamper the box is on pebble dash wall and I didn't connect bell box battery would it be that thanks

Is it large stone pebble dash?
Bell box should have a rear tamper switch and a front tamper switch.Tamper switch could not be closed due to the pebble dash.
No battery will not cause a tamper fault
Did you put link in bell box between tamper and ov?
First check switches against wall also while up ladder with your spare hand take photo of wiring ?
If you still have a fault linking the tamper out in the panel will allow you to use alarm un till you can sort.

No it has small pebble and it does have rear tamp and front tamp the wiring I did was
First tamp on bell - panel tamp return
Second tamp on bell - 0v on bell
0v -panel
12v - panel
Strobe-panel
H-off -panel
At the moment I've just got tamp and 0v in panel so I can use it

Thats correct
If you connect bellbox battery with cover off bell box should sound and when you close the cover on the bell box sounder should stop and the tamper circuit is closed,if still rings tamper switch is still open and you would need to check
Is it a new bell box ?
