Apart from the latter being 3 times the cost of the former, what's the difference in terms of which is 'better'?
I have concrete gutters and have noticed that I'm beginning to get a bit of damp on the inside walls which closer inspecting is due to the gutters not draining sufficiently.
Yes, I know that the only proper solution is to cut the damn things off and replace, but it just isn't an option at the moment (£). If I can get another few years out of them by using one of these solutions, then that's all good.
So, is the elastomeric solution at £50 per tin worth the extra money in terms of effectiveness and longlivity?
It doesn't help that I have a conservatory too, so need something viscous too so I can apply at arms length!!!
