can you help where will i find The black taps either end of the chrome filling loop that i need to to open before you can re pressurise my system

They will be on either end of the filling loop. They probably won't be black, and they won't look much like taps! Usually they are a quarter turn valve, like a washing machine tap. You may need a screwdriver to turn them, and possibly a pair of pliers if the handle has fallen off.

ok thanks but i still cant seem to find them i dont no what they look like and i dont no what a filling pip is
1. Go to a plumbers' merchant.
2. Say "I'd like a filling loop please".
3. Pay them some money.
4. Return home.

depending on the boiler make/model you might have an internal filling loop ie worcester need a plastic filling key, post more details and we should be able to help
all i no about the make of the boiler is it is a vaillant
