bled system but some radiators still full

hi all,recently bled upstairs radiator didnt put back on 4 about 2 months.fired up boiler only one bedroom radiator worked,so ive just bled whole system,but 3 downstairs radiators still full? im not very good as u can see,any help.bioler is a barlo balmoral 45f,dont think its a sealed system ?header tank in loft etc,bleed screws at side of all rads.

could these 3 rads be on drops.?

ie they are supplied from pipes from upstairs.

think about it......each drop needs draining individually !

Forgive me i mean drained not bled.
 
So why do you want to drain these rads? I thought the problem was that some upstairs rads weren't working - suspected not vented (bled) properly. Can't see how draining lowest rads is going to help.
