Blocked Pipe?

Hi

The hot water in my kitchen sink is supplied from the cylinder via buried pipes which run from the cylinder to the bath and on to the kitchen sink (the house is a bungalow). The flow from the kitchen sink hot tap is a dribble whereas the flow from the bath hot tap is fine.

Am I right in saying that the low flow is probably caused by a blockage somewhere between the bath tap and the kitchen tap? Whats the best way to clear it up?

This happened to me in another house and the culprit was an old washer that somehow got stuck in a T-joint supplying the tap. Is there anyway it can be unblocked without cutting the pipe?

check it is not the tap, washer may not be attached to the spindle so it is not opening fully
