Hi,
I had a builder friend of mine do some work last weekend, he put his arm down the drain outside, this is the drain that the washing up water goes down and the washing machine, he pulled out some big black lumps that were Soap powder from the washing machine, he said that I ned something called 'BlockBuster', but I can't find it any where, he said its 98% sulphuric acid.

Have tried google on Blockbuster, but brings up the DVD store, can anyone help.

Thanks

Steve

Thanks Guys :D

Is there something I can get in a DIY store that will do the same thing?

Blockbuster is quite expensive @£25 for 2.5 l.

STEVE,

If you live near a Plumbase they do a 1lt " ONE SHOT " about £5-7.50.

Can be used on iron , steel , clay and lead pipes

Why don't you just stump up £25, it's been recommended, it will cost a lot more if you keep pi55ing fiver's down the drain if the cheaper ones don't work
