Boiler is noisy!

Just disconnected and removed a radiator in a room in order to decorate it, now the boiler makes kind of whisling noise when we open the hot water tap. Any idea as why this is the case - the bar pressure is OK.

Boiler make and model? If combi then I doubt decorating has caused it. Sounds like a job for a man with an FGA and a manometer
