Hi,

My baxi neta tec ga boiler is dripping water from the pressure gauge. It started by steaming up but now it drips steadily, more so when boiler is on.
I'm assuming a new gauge is needed but I'm no expert.
I've found the replacement part online for around £25. Is it easy to replace? Just drain down, replace it then fill up?
Does anyone have a service guide for my boiler that shows how to do it?
Thanks.

Ok so I successfully changed the pressure gauge, but now I have a new problem!!

There is now a leak from the automatic air vent, unbelievable. Please see pic of where it is coming out from.

It is leaking from the small cap where the air should escape from, it's a steady drip. It is dripping onto the side of the case and out of a screw hole.

Any ideas why water would be coming out of the vent? And how I can fix it?

Thanks
