My 4 year old Bosch dishwasher is no longer cleaning properly. It leaves dishes dirty. I have taken off the side (as advised in other forum entries here) and found that there appears to be some sort of blockage in the upper left part of the plastic matrix (see photos).
I have run it with the side off and it appears that some water does get past the blockage but not much. Not clear what this part is doing anyway?
Firstly, does anybody know if it would be this that is causing the problem? Secondly, if so then how can it be solved - I see no way of getting access to clean this out.
