Hi can anyone help, i have a WFO 2464 GB, the drum stopped turning, so i checked the brushes on the motor and they were worn out, replaced with new brushes but still the drum motor will not run, the pump runs and the programmer clicks through its cycle.....
Some bosch motors have thermal fuses on to prevent damage to the motor (a pair of wires usually go from the connector block to a little square shaped bit tucked into the end of the motor)
If the brushes have got really worn down they could have damaged the controller or the motor itself
Did you clean the commutator and brush holders
are the brushes moving freely in the holders
quite common on bosch motors, when you change the brushes always clean the holders (very occasionally after a few washes they may need cleaning again as the brushes bed in)
