Bosh Exxcel Dishwasher hangs the wash cycle at one minute

Hiya!!
My dishwasher timer is not ending

... previously once the wash was completed it would show 0.00. But since last week.. programme is ending at 0.01 and machine stays on untill i manually switch it off ... it does not dry the vessels completely

.....

I have cleaned the filters ... also used a dishwasher cleaner from stores .... checked salt and pre rinse agents .....

Plz help me

Please supply the machine "E" number printed on the inside of the door lip. It will help us identify & diagnose the problem.
Does the machine pump out...or is there water left standing in the bottom?
