Boulter Buderus 500 -28/C

A strange problem has come about on the above type boiler fitted in March 2006.

Now & again when we use hot water, we don't get any ! on the boiler display is just the tap showing, not the tap & the flame.

Any ideas ??

This happens on both the shower & taps.
